Delicate pink hues. Enjoy notes of fresh red berries and underlying hints of white flowers and apples. Effervescent with notes of strawberry and red fruits. Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.
